Kibbutz Regavim

I was part of the work-study program at Kibbutz Regavim in 1990, participating in another ulpan (intensive Hebrew course), continuing my Hebrew classes started at Kibbutz Sdot Yam.

The following are pictures of volunteers, students, kibbutzniks, Arabs who worked in the factories at Regavim and invited the volunteers to their village of Kfar Kara and volunteer trips to Rosh Hanikra (on the border of Lebanon) and Akko. We enjoyed volunteers from Germany, Holland, England, France, Turkey, Ireland, South Africa, the United States, etc.

The articles below are blunt letters (journal of sorts) I sent to an American friend who kept them all for me.

Confessions of a Lesbian
BS Tutu, Bethlehem, Jerusalem
Poems from Kibbutz Regavim
